Nintendo Switch System Update 12.0.0: Fix Third-Party Pro Controller not able to pair with the Console
Nintendo published out of the blue a brand new update for the Nintendo Switch, bringing the console’s system version to 12.0.0 – What happened ?

“We fixed the issue with the save data backup feature, where in rare cases, the automatic backup of save data is interrupted if a communication error occurs during completion of the save data backup process.”
However, most of the third-party controllers are not able to pair with the console. How to fix this issue?
1. Try to use the USB cable to sync with the Switch console.
1)Connect the controller to your switch console via usb cable.
2)Press Home button to powr on the Pro controller. The controller pairs with your console automatically.
2. Request the Update Pack from the seller. Usually Sellers are able to provide you an update pack. You may need to download it on your pc and update the controller on PC
